The second of the four city-states in Twisted Worlds, Sertas is a relatively peaceful city run by a craftsman's guild. The guild controls the sell and trade of goods within the city and the surrounding lands, and strangers are treated with suspicion. |

Kanai
The third of the City-States, Kanai is almost constantly at war with Cerricil over the region between them. Kanai itself is a "safe haven" for scum. Even the state itself is headed by whoever wields the most power...though that hasn't changed in decades. |

Cerricil
The last of the city-states of the Shrouded Region, Cerricil is ruled by a mostly-benevolent monarchy. Despite the problems with Kanai, the streets are clean, and the locals pleasant, so long as you are too. |
